MDA is the sole owner of the personal information collected on this Web site. Contests, Events, and Programs
Occasionally, MDA sponsors contests, events, and programs for children. Some of these contests, events, or programs can be entered via online registration. No contest, event, or program will be conditioned on providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in the program. If a contest, event, or program for children under 13 can be entered online, we will require a parent or guardian's consent before any registration becomes valid. On each contest or event form, whether an online or paper registration, MDA will disclose the name and address of any third party that will collect or maintain the personal information of children under 13 years of age for use in conducting the contest or event and whether such third-party has agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We will give parents or guardians the opportunity to consent to MDA's use of their child's personal information, while denying consent to share the information with third parties.
